This role is best suited to a confident coordinator who can manage the day-to-day operations of a busy service, support educators, build strong relationships with families and school leadership, and maintain a high-quality program environment. The organisation is seeking someone experienced, reliable, and capable of stepping into the role with confidence and minimal supervision. Role Details: Permanent leadership opportunity Diploma-qualified position $41.93 per hour WRP: Approx. $52.58 per hour inclusive of WRP Immediate interviews and start available About the Service: Established BASC service with attendance in the 60 range Supportive school leadership and wider management team Experienced educator team already in place Strong operational systems and structure Positive and collaborative culture Typical Responsibilities: Leading the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service Managing educators, rosters, and staffing requirements Building strong relationships with families and school leadership Overseeing programming and curriculum planning Managing compliance, CCS administration, incidents, and documentation Supporting quality improvement and service operations Creating engaging and safe environments for children About You: Diploma-qualified in Children’s Services or equivalent Previous experience leading medium-to-large OSHC services Confident managing operations independently Strong understanding of compliance and CCS systems Experienced supporting and leading educator teams Reliable, organised, and proactive Requirements: Valid Working With Children Check Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Child Protection qualification Previous OSHC leadership experience Why Join This Organisation?
